7 Inch Bain Marie Pan

Don't confuse this classic pan with a spring form or cheesecake pan.

This heavy, pro weight pan is for baking classic cheesecakes (sometimes called French cheesecakes) in a ban Marie (water bath).

This pan has NO latch and DOES NOT have a removable bottom.

After baking, the cheesecake is cooled and unmolded like a regular cake (yes, really !)

This pan resembled a cake pan but is much heavier and had taller sides.

It measures 7 inches round X 3 inches deep.

Sturdy, American made, heavy weight aluminum just like the pans Karla used at her famous bakery in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Dishwasher safe.

Don't waste your money on cheaper, tin plated pans that will rust after a couple of uses.

With proper care, these pans will give you years of happy baking !
